Jigging Up the Sockets #6

Today I finished jigging up the sockets. I profiled the bottom cross members to 50 degs. This cross member was particularly difficult to orient one profile to the other. I ended up using the laser on my new compound sliding miter saw to align the two profiles along the tube. This worked out pretty good. Anyhow I now just need to drill holes for the AN5 bolts that go through the top of the socket and landing gear leg. Then I will be ready to have the whole assembly welded.

Time Spent today 2.5 hours Total time on the Mod 14 hours
